A hackathon build, made in public
Ruczai is being built in the open for the RevenueCat Shipaton, which runs until 30 September 2026. That is the context for everything below — the waitlist exists so there is someone to tell when it ships.
It is run by Adrian Michalski, who is the controller of the data described here and can be reached at exp.adrian@gmail.com. Giving your address is voluntary; the only consequence of not giving it is that you will not hear about the release.
What is collected
Your email address, the moment you submitted it, and a label recording that it came from this page. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no browser fingerprint, and nothing tying the address to the visit that produced it.
How visits are counted
This page runs Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, on our own server rather than a third party's. It records that a page was opened, what linked to it, the country, and the rough shape of the browser and screen. It sets no cookies, reads nothing from your device, stores no IP address, and builds no profile — the numbers are counts, not people. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device and nothing here identifies you, there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Why
To email you once, when Ruczai is released. The list is not used for anything else and is not shared, sold, or rented.
On what basis
Your consent — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time, which costs you one email to the address below and does not affect anything processed before you asked.
Who else can see it
Supabase, which runs the database, and Netlify, which hosts this page. Both act only on instructions, under a data processing agreement. Where their servers sit outside the European Economic Area, the transfer runs on the standard contractual clauses in that agreement.
For how long
Until release, and three months after it. Then the list is deleted in full. If you withdraw consent earlier, your address goes immediately.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to the address below and it gets done. If you think it has not been, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
